Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OFP Specialist located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The OFP Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of production, coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal productivity, and maintaining quality standards. Additional tasks include troubleshooting operational issues, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role will also entail reporting production metrics and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing production operations and process improvements
• Knowledge of quality standards and compliance regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with various departments
• Proficiency in monitoring production schedules and reporting metrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the automotive or industrial equipment sector is a plus
