Role Description

The Head of Quality Assurance is a full-time, on-site role based in Ch. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). The selected candidate will be responsible for zero defect supplies to customers and improvement in cost of quality for the organisation. Key responsibilities include managing quality control systems, conducting quality audits, understanding customer expectations on product quality, developing and implementing quality management strategies, and leading a team to meet the company's quality objectives. The role demands proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BE with experience in gear manufacturing process.
• Exposure to global automotive quality expectations specially for EV and PV applications
• Understanding of gear finishing processes such as Gear grinding, Gear honing is must
• Formal training in problem solving tools and techniques like six sigma, SPC, TPM is expected.
• previous experience dealing with Sanjeev Groups customers will be an added qualification.
