Training Program Design:Develop a systematic training curriculum specifically for manufacturing FIBC jumbo bags.Break down the training process into progressive modules covering fundamentals to advanced sewing techniques.Design training aids, manuals, videos, and SOPs for each module.2. Training Implementation:Conduct hands-on training sessions for new and existing tailors.Provide training on stitching, quality control, machine handling, safety protocols, and productivity improvement.Monitor progress and ensure alignment with production requirements.3. Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure accurate costs for raw materials and supplies.Work with production teams to understand and document manufacturing processes and related costs.Provide costing support to the sales team to help in pricing strategies and product profitability analysis.3.
