The Role -
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Enablement team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene and integrity of our Salesforce data, managing lead imports from marketing, and enabling business development success through list building, and reporting.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in cleaning up systems, organizing workflows, and ensuring that sales teams can rely on the data in front of them. The position sits within the Enablement team and will collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Operations.
The Work
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date records in Salesforce
- Perform regular data cleansing activities including deduplication, field standardization, and error correction
- Monitor and enforce data quality standards across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities
- Own the import and update process for marketing-sourced leads and third-party contact data
- Manage lead routing logic to ensure timely and accurate assignment to BDRs, AEs, and sales pods
- Design and implement Salesforce Flows and process automations to support lead management, data quality, and cross-functional reporting needs
- Partner with Marketing on data intake, enrichment processes, and ongoing analysis of lead quality and campaign ROI
- Build and maintain call activity reports, outreach tracking, and conversion summaries for Business Development
- Track and report on lead funnel performance, including progression from Lead to MQL, SAL, and SQL
- Support visibility into top-of-funnel activity and collaborate with leadership to identify trends and improvement areas
- Partner with BDRs and AEs to create highly targeted audience lists for outbound campaigns and event follow-up
- Align target list development with account segmentation, buying persona filters, and intent data when applicable
- Create user-friendly reports and dashboards in Salesforce for frontline reps, managers, and leadership (optional)
- Integrate data and insights across sales technologies (e.g., Groove, Koncert, Seismic) to support a holistic view of engagement and pipeline effectiveness
- Support internal requests for performance metrics, pipeline trends, and operational data views (optional)
The Must-Haves -
- 2–4+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM data management, or revenue enablement
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, including Flow Builder, automation tools, data imports, reports, and list views.
- Experience creating lead funnel reports and conversion analytics from Lead → MQL → SAL → SQL
- Familiarity with evaluating marketing-sourced lead quality and attribution
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, including data imports, reports, and list views
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
- Highly organized with a passion for structure, accuracy, and scalable processes
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Groove, and Koncert is a plus
