Sales Operations Manager

About the Role

: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operation Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our retail store, with a particular focus on mobile products and accessories. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in retail store management, team leadership, and mobile vendor coordination, including in-depth knowledge of the claim redemption process. This role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize store operations, drive revenue growth, manage vendor relations, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Store Management:

• Supervise the complete retail store operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably on a day-to-day basis. • Manage inventory levels, ensure product availability, oversee merchandise display, and maintain store cleanliness and compliance. • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to operational policies and guidelines.

Sales & Performance Management:

• Set sales targets and performance goals for the store and sales team; track progress and implement corrective actions as needed. • Analyze sales data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management. • Conduct regular competitor analysis to align store offerings and promotional strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, customer service staff, and support personnel. • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and training for new store staff. • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals in collaboration with HR. Vendor Coordination & Claim Redemption: • Manage relationships with mobile vendors and suppliers to ensure timely supply and proper display of products. • Handle end-to-end processes related to claim redemptions, including warranty claims, promotional schemes, damaged goods returns, and incentive tracking. • Coordinate with internal finance and vendor teams to reconcile and close claims efficiently. Customer Service & Store Experience: • Maintain high standards of customer service through team training and in-person interaction. • Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience. • Implement strategies to increase customer footfall and repeat business.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Ensure all documentation, billing, and reporting is accurate and up to date. • Monitor store compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety procedures. • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to the senior management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, or a related field. • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in retail store management and sales operations, preferably in the mobile or consumer electronics industry. • Proven experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. • Strong understanding of vendor claim redemption, product warranty procedures, and stock return mechanisms. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail POS system
