Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to assist our Customer Success team in resolving customer issues, onboarding new clients, and ensuring seamless API integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service mindset, basic API knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities : Assist developers in integrating and using our APIs, SDKs, and developer tools. Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues related to API requests, authentication, data formats, and integrations. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate and resolve deeper technical problems. Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, integration guides, and sample code snippets.
