Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop, lead, and refine long-term sales strategies targeting hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and key accounts.

• Drive growth in API and formulation sales revenue across local and regional markets.

• Identify high-potential market segments and tailor product offerings accordingly.

Market Analysis & Business Development

• Conduct competitive and market intelligence to stay ahead in the industry.

• Forge and nurture partnerships with local distributors, healthcare institutions, and government agencies.

• Explore new business opportunities, such as joint ventures or partnerships similar to the Natco Lotus Farma initiative.

Marketing Leadership

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns—from branding and digital outreach to events and product positioning.

• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and legal teams to ensure marketing compliance.

• Oversee the development of marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and digital content suited for stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.• Set and monitor KPIs, providing coaching and performance feedback.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams—logistics, regulatory, operations—for seamless go-to-market execution.

Regulatory & Operational Alignment

• Ensure adherence to Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations, including import, distribution, and licensing requirements.

• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize logistics, ensuring timely product delivery and inventory control.

Reporting & Budgeting

• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and quarterly/annual performance reports to the executive leadership.

• Manage budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company financial targets and ROI.
