Role Overview

Country Head / President Director



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the

    primary business leader

    , driving strategy and aligning goals with MME’s vision.
  • Oversee

    importation, regulatory approvals, marketing, and distribution

    of finished dosage formulations (FDFs).
  • Lead the

    technology transfer strategy

    and manage the future setup of

    pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

    , including commercial-scale production.
  • Ensure

    compliance with pharmaceutical laws and BPOM regulations

    .
  • Build and manage strong relationships with

    Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, hospitals, and government bodies

    .
  • Monitor and manage

    P&L

    , ensuring adherence to performance-based profit-sharing mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with and

    report regularly to the Board of Directors (MME & DRL representatives)

    on strategic milestones, KPIs, and operational progress.
  • Drive business expansion in both

    local and regional markets

    , identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide

    leadership, mentorship, and empowerment

    to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.


Candidate Profile

Education

  • Graduation: Not mandatory (strong industry background prioritized).
  • Post-Graduation: MBA / Master’s in Business, Management, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Special Courses: Leadership, Strategic Management, or Pharma Regulations (desirable).

Experience

  • 15–20 years in a

    renowned pharmaceutical company

    , with leadership roles in business strategy, commercial operations, and manufacturing.
  • Exposure

    Indian markets

    is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in

    P&L ownership, regulatory management, and market expansion

    .
