Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in engaging HNWIs/UHNWIs. This role will focus on achieving KPIs and sales targets by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing high-value contacts who are interested in company formation services in the UAE. This is a high-impact role designed to drive growth and enhance our market presence among the elite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and engage HNWI and UHNWI clients for our exclusive

company formation services.

• Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets focused on generating qualified leads and saleable

contacts.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients and

their representatives.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies

accordingly.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes for transparent tracking of sales

activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales targeting HNWI/UHNWI clients, preferably in the

International regions.

• Demonstrable success in achieving KPIs and sales targets in a high-stakes, competitive market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage affluent clients and

understand their unique needs.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic approach to relationship building.
• Knowledge of the UAE’s legal and financial landscape, particularly regarding company formation, is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
