Company Descripotion Zarkala Mahila Hastshilp Producer Company was incorporated on 3rd August 2021 under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in the LLP model, funded by both the Central and Uttar Pradesh State Governments. The project is implemented by UPSRLM, with FDRVC providing technical support. We specialize in Zari-Zardozi craft, producing a range of hand-embroidered products such as sarees, suits, dupattas, wall hangings, coasters, runners, blouses, lehengas, and gowns. Job Summary: We are looking for a Full-Time, Onsite Fashion Designer who has strong skills in pattern making, stitching, fabric selection, and a deep understanding of fashion trends and color combinations. The ideal candidate will work closely with our artisan base to develop contemporary and market- ready designs that align with urban tastes while preserving the heritage of Zari-Zardozi craftsmanship. Required Skills & Qualifications: Design modern and market-relevant patterns for sarees, suits, blouses, lehengas, and home décor items incorporating traditional Zari-Zardozi work. Create patterns and prototypes and provide guidance on fabric selection, color palettes, and stitching techniques. Conduct workshops and hands-on training with artisans across 22 villages to implement new designs. Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion of designed products. Work on branding aesthetics for urban and online markets (including photoshoot styling, catalog layout, etc.). Stay updated with current fashion trends and bring innovation to traditional embroidery. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily finance & accounts operations of the company. Maintain accurate books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records. Ensure timely filing and compliance of TDS, GST, and other statutory returns . Monitor financial transactions, verify invoices, and ensure proper documentation. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review . Handle budgeting, cost control, and fund flow management. Coordinate with auditors, banks, government departments, and other stakeholders. Support the management in decision-making with financial insights and MIS reports. Minimum Qualifications & Skills Education: B.Com (minimum) Accounting Software: Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance & accounts operations. Knowledge of A ccounting Principles, Balance Sheet, Financial Reporting, GST & TDS Compliance . Hands-on experience in day-to-day finance operations, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
