Company Description Zarkala Mahila Hastshilp Producer Company Limited is a pioneering initiative dedicated to empowering rural women in the villages of Badaun, India through the ancient art of zardozi embroidery. In partnership with Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) and FDRVC as Technical Support Agency, Zarkala aims to provide women with economic independence and an enhanced livelihood while celebrating cultural heritage. Our training center is a space for learning, camaraderie, and collective purpose, where we strive to produce high-quality products that reflect our aesthetics and market needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, located in Budaun. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, coordinating with production teams, and identifying new sales opportunities to drive growth. Qualifications Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Market Research skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment Experience in the handicraft or rural development sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in Sales and Marketing.
