Job Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate plotting projects. Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close property sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high client satisfaction. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer demands. Train and guide sales executives to achieve team targets. Key Skills Required Proven experience in real estate sales & marketing (minimum 2–5 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of Bhubaneswar’s real estate market trends is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
