Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead marketing campaigns, plan and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through creative outreach and engagement strategies. The role involves managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, developing marketing content, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to help achieve company targets. The manager will oversee both digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Marketing and Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Market Trend Analysis expertise
• Strong proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Team Collaboration skills
• Experience with Data Analysis and Target Setting for revenue growth
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing a sales or marketing team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA is a plus
• Experience in B2B lead generation or familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads is an advantage
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills to meet and exceed targets
