As a Sales & Marketing Manager at our company, located in Shivane, Pune and operating in the Industrial Machinery / Surface Coating Systems industry, you will play a crucial role in leading our business development initiatives for industrial capital equipment and turnkey project sales. Your strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and proven track record in B2B industrial sales, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management will be key to driving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for industrial products and turnkey projects. - Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Drive sales growth for Powder Coating Plants, Paint Booths & Ovens, Shot Blasting Systems, Conveyorized and Robotic Paint Finishing Systems. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts with a techno-commercial approach. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized engineering solutions. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare reports for management review. - Lead a small team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Diploma / B.E / M.E in Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing / Graduate in a related field. - Technical & Professional Skills: - 5-8 years of experience in industrial capital equipment sales / project sales. - Strong understanding of industrial machinery and surface coating systems. - Proficient in MS Office & CRM software. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong techno-commercial acumen. - Fluency in English and local language (knowledge of multiple regional languages preferred).
