Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee marketing activities, develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, and identify new business opportunities. They will manage and lead the sales team, build and maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and oversee sales campaigns. Additionally, the role involves liaising with stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales objectives while maintaining the company's high service standards and values.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Business Development.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Strategic thinking, Problem-solving, and Analytical skills to identify market trends and create effective strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the telecom or electronics industry is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
