Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee, located in Delhi NCR. The Back Office Employee will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing back office operations, communication, customer service, finance, and sales support. Responsibilities will include data management, document processing, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and data management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Finance tasks and procedures
• Experience in Sales support and coordination
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
