Sales Marketing Manager

You will be joining Zarkala Mahila Hastshilp Producer Company Limited, a pioneering initiative focused on empowering rural women in Budaun, India through the traditional art of zardozi embroidery. In collaboration with Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) and FDRVC as Technical Support Agency, Zarkala is committed to enhancing the economic independence and livelihood of women while honoring cultural heritage. At our training center, you will be part of a community dedicated to learning, unity, and shared goals, aiming to create premium products that embody our unique style and cater to market demands. As a Sales Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will involve crafting and executing effective marketing strategies, overseeing sales activities, conducting market research, and nurturing customer relationships. Your daily tasks will include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, working closely with production teams, and identifying new sales opportunities to foster business growth. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Market Research. Effective written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are key attributes required for success. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting. Prior experience in the handicraft or rural development sector would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field along with previous experience in Sales and Marketing are preferred qualifications for this position.,
