We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist who can onboard companies and hiring managers to CredX. You must be sharp, persuasive, and strategic — someone who thrives in B2B SaaS sales and loves building client relationships from scratch. What You'll Do Prospect and pitch CredX to startups, SMEs, HR consultancies, and tech companies. Drive onboarding of hiring companies and job seekers onto the platform. Set up discovery calls, deliver demos, and convert leads to clients. Own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain and grow a pipeline using CRM tools and outbound strategies (LinkedIn, cold email, etc.). Work directly with the founding team and grow into a core revenue leader. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in B2B or HRTech. Strong English communication — both verbal and written — is a must. Experience with consultative selling and solution-based pitching. Proven ability to handle outbound sales (emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach). Passion for startups and working in a high-energy, target-driven environment. Prior experience in recruitment, HRTech, or startup sales is a big plus.
