Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for growth.
• Build strong relationships with

  OEMs, dealers, and aftermarket channels

  .
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.
• Conduct competitor SWOT analysis and implement corrective strategies.
• Lead promotional activities such as

  campaigns, branding, and roadshows

  .
• Manage aftermarket channel & brand promotion initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality and warranty issues.
• Handle new project developments with OEMs.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (60%+ academic record).
• MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Strong experience working with

  Heavy Commercial Vehicle OEMs

• Exposure to multinational work culture.
• Experience in dealer handling, field service & warranty claims.

• Trailer axle/suspension

  sales experience is an added advantage.
