Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at Titan Process, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The role involves interacting with customers to address their queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. There are currently 20 open positions for Customer Support Executives. The working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, with a 6-day work week in the general shift. For freshers, the salary offered is 20 CTC with 17 Take Home, while candidates with experience can expect 23 CTC with 21 Take Home. It is essential to have good communication skills in both English and Hindi, with fluency in Hindi and a good command of English. The interview process consists of 2 rounds, including Operations and HR discussions. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and have a strong desire to excel in the customer support domain.
