Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, based in Udupi Taluka. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating onboarding processes, assisting in employee engagement activities, maintaining HR records, and providing guidance on HR matters. The position will also involve assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring a positive work environment.
