🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue across rooms, F&B, spa, banquets, and events.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and performance marketing to strengthen brand presence.
• Oversee photography, videography, and visual brand storytelling for all resort outlets.
• Plan and promote festive campaigns, theme dinners, special events, and seasonal offers.
• Maintain and enhance the brand identity across all touchpoints—online and offline.
• Build strong PR networks and manage collaborations, influencers, and media relations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven initiatives.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must have prior experience in theluxury hotel or luxury resort industry

  – applications without this will not be considered.
• 4–8 years of progressive experience in hospitality marketing.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Exceptional communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pre-opening/opening-phase environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality marketing analytics, OTA campaigns, and brand positioning.
