Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Housekeeping Manager at Scylla- Luxury Resort & Spa. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are met throughout the resort. Key tasks include managing staff, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Udupi Taluka.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Property Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Management
• Skilled in Hiring, Training, and Staff Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary :30000 to 40000 per month with other benefits
