Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Udupi Taluka. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local regulations. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, conducting training sessions, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, employee grievances, and provide support to the management team in strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hotel or luxury resort industry is a plus
