Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, based in Udupi Taluka. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating onboarding processes, assisting in employee engagement activities, maintaining HR records, and providing guidance on HR matters. The position will also involve assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring a positive work environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Experience in performance management and compliance with HR policies Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a MUST Salary : ₹480000 to ₹ 540000 per Annum If interested please send your resume with present salary details to hr@scyllaresort.com  Show more Show less
