Sourcing Manager : Job Description and Required Skills Position Overview: The Sourcing Manager is primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with channel partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth through effective partnership management. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify Potential Partners: Research and identify potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic objectives. Identify their working style and identify the most suited CP for their respective project. ● Develop Relationships: Initiate and cultivate relationships with channel partners to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations. ● Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with partners. ● Monitor Performance: Assess the performance of channel partners to ensure they meet agreed-upon objectives and standards. ● Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats related to channel partnerships. ● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of channel partnerships. ● Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of channel partnerships. ● Billing process: Following up with CP's for billing and coordinate payouts. ● Maintaining CP DAR and Walk-in CP List and knows how to safeguard CP assets and knows how to follow tagging process and transmit process clarity to CP’s. Required Skills: ● Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. Must have Knowledge of western market specifically Kandivali to Andheri. ● Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial terms and agreements with channel partners. ● Software Proficiency and knowledge: CRM tool, WhatsApp blast software, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ● Regulatory Knowledge: Must have knowledge of RERA, understand legality and knows how to retrieve data from RERA website. ● Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams. ● Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information. ● Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for partnership growth and development. ● Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee partnership initiatives from inception to completion. ● Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the course of managing channel partnerships. ● Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs and comfortable to travelling within the city.
