Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Udupi. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, troubleshooting, and performing repairs. The role involves creating maintenance schedules, managing resources, and maintaining safety standards to guarantee smooth and efficient resort operations.

• Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership abilities
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospitality or resort maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous
