Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI) and statutory obligations, ensuring zero non-compliance. Support strategic clinical planning, resource allocation, and budget management in alignment with organizational goals. Serve as the clinical voice in executive leadership forums, contributing to business strategy, patient engagement, and service line expansion. 3. Strategic & Community Engagement Champion innovation in care delivery, including telemedicine, digital health tools, and geriatric-focused interventions. Build strong external networks with healthcare institutions, academic bodies, and Industry forums to enhance the organizations clinical reputation. Act as a thought leader by contributing to publications, conferences, and knowledge forums on geriatric medicine and integrated care. Engage actively with residents and families in senior living communities to promote preventive health, wellness, and lifestyle initiatives.
