Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally; ensure hospitality arrangements (water, tea/coffee) are provided.
  • Maintain and update stationery and housekeeping stock registers daily; ensure zero stock-outs.
  • Handle collection and delivery of official documents in a timely manner.
  • Deposit cheques in respective banks on the same day of receipt.
  • Circulate official notices, circulars, and communications within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Support daily monitoring of DG, water, and power usage; maintain proper registers.
  • Escalate repair and maintenance issues immediately and follow up until closure.
  • Collect meals from the central kitchen and ensure timely delivery to the designated area.
