Manager/Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, social media, display networks, and retargeting platforms.

2. Social Media Marketing

• Lead planning and execution of social media content across platforms.
• Oversee community engagement, social media monitoring, and influencer collaborations.

3. Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Manage PPC campaigns (Google AdWords and others) and optimize for ROI.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Use insights to adjust campaign strategy for better performance.

4. Creative Coordination & Brand Consistency

• Collaborate with internal design and creative teams for ad visuals and content.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital touchpoints.

5. Budgeting & Reporting

• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, insights, and ROI.
• Recommend and implement strategies for digital growth based on analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge and Experience

• Education: Postgraduate Degree (Marketing/Communications/Business preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, digital analytics tools, and content platforms
