Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the WordPress website (content updates, structure, performance, UX)
• Handle complete website operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a performance-driven mindset
• Work closely with leadership on brand growth strategies
• Take ownership of digital initiatives and lead execution with accountability
• Think like a business partner, not just a marketer

Required Skills

• Strong experience with WordPress management
• Solid understanding of website handling & optimization
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & digital performance marketing
• Good knowledge of online brand building & growth strategies
• Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Business-oriented thinking and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
