Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel efficiency and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) across all paid digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the acquisition efforts, ensuring that every budget allocation delivers measurable, high-quality volume. Key Responsibilities: - Budget & Forecasting: Taking ownership of the digital advertising budget, including detailed forecasting and daily budget pacing for all CPM-based campaigns. - Campaign Execution: Managing, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.). - Creative & Audience Management: Defining, segmenting, and managing target audiences within ad platforms, and executing continuous A/B testing on ad creatives. - Reporting & Insights: Establishing meticulous tracking systems to monitor campaign and product performance data, generating comprehensive reporting, and creating clear, actionable insights for leadership. - Efficiency Driver: Focusing relentlessly on optimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and driving channel efficiency. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in a Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Marketing role. - Technical Mastery: Hands-on, expert experience with both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Presentation Proficiency: High-level proficiency in presentation design using Canva or Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT). - 3rd Party Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing relationships with external ad platform representatives (Meta/Google), third-party vendors, and specialized software providers. Desired Skills: - Creative Aptitude: Experience or proficiency in Copywriting or Graphic Design to accelerate creative testing velocity. - Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to build integrated ROI dashboards.
