Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sourcing located in Trivandrum. The Head of Sourcing will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement processes, and handling category management. The role also entails developing and executing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of all sourced materials. The Head of Sourcing will play a crucial role in fostering supplier development and maintaining strong analytical oversight of procurement activities.
