Role Overview: As the Head of Sourcing at our company located in Trivandrum, your primary responsibility will be to manage supplier relationships, oversee procurement processes, and handle category management. You will be tasked with developing and executing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of all sourced materials. Your role will be pivotal in fostering supplier development and maintaining analytical oversight of procurement activities.
