Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Head of Customer Care. The Head of Customer Care is responsible for overseeing customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include leading the customer care team, developing strategies to improve customer service, analyzing customer feedback, and resolving complex customer issues. The Head of Customer Care will also work closely with other departments to align customer care processes with company goals.
