Role Overview: You will be joining MyDesignation, a fast-growing and viral fashion brand founded in 2017 by Gopika and Swaroop. As the Head of Customer Care, your main responsibility will be to oversee customer support operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
