You will be joining MyDesignation, a rapidly growing fashion brand founded by Gopika and Swaroop in 2017. With a strong emphasis on attention to detail, premium quality, and innovative designs, MyDesignation has garnered a loyal customer base of over 1 million individuals. As a Head of Customer Care, you will play a vital role in overseeing customer support operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience. Based in Trivandrum, this full-time on-site position will require you to lead the customer care team, develop strategies to improve customer service, analyze customer feedback, and address complex customer issues. Your responsibilities will also involve collaborating with other departments to align customer care processes with the company's objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in CRM and related tools, expertise in customer care, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective leadership qualities.
