Role Overview

Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, app campaigns, affiliates, and influencer marketing
.
Drive
user acquisition, registrations, engagement, and revenue growth
.
Own performance metrics including
ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates
, and budgets.
Lead campaign strategy, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and scaling.
Collaborate closely with
creative, product, SEO, and content teams
.
Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights for leadership.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate with external agencies if required.
Explore new growth channels, tools, and automation opportunities.

Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
37 years of strong experience in
performance marketing for B2C brands or digital platforms
.
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of analytics tools (GA, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads).
Experience managing budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
