Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled PERFORMANCE MARKETER to join our team in Chennai. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for growing our online presence and driving sales for the Four Brothers brand. You will be instrumental in enhancing our Shopify website, executing impactful ad campaigns, and managing our social media channels to engage with customers and build our brand community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping / Performance Max)
• Own daily sales, ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (cold, warm, retargeting)
• Optimize COD-focused funnels and checkout conversions
• Guide ad creatives (hooks, angles, offers, UGC ideas)
• Improve Shopify product page conversion rate
• Monitor ad performance daily and scale winning campaigns
• Set up and track analytics (Pixel, GA, conversions)
• Share weekly performance reports and scaling insights

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in performance marketing for Shopify / D2C brands
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Understanding of Indian COD e-commerce audience
• Google Shopping / Performance Max experience
• UGC & reels ad strategy experience
• D2C consumer brand background

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Revenue & sales volume
• ROAS and cost per purchase
• Conversion rate
• SKU-wise performance growth
• Consistency in daily orders
