Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for growing our online presence and driving sales for the Four Brothers brand. You will be instrumental in enhancing our Shopify website, executing impactful ad campaigns, and managing our social media channels to engage with customers and build our brand community.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Work to enhance and optimize our Shopify e-commerce website to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive sales.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage high-performing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive targeted traffic and online sales.
• Social Media & Community Engagement: Develop and implement social media strategies. This includes creating engaging content, managing all social media accounts, and actively interacting with our online community to build brand loyalty.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. You will also be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and email marketing newsletters.
• Customer Interaction: Monitor and respond to online customer inquiries and feedback across all digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing Shopify websites.
• Expertise in running successful ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for building an online community.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
