Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving engagement, and generating quality leads through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and display networks
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic
• Create and manage content calendars, posts, reels, and digital creatives in coordination with designers
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
• Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
• Support event promotions, product launches, and branding activities

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing and paid campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online lead generation
• Basic knowledge of website management (CMS platforms)
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Freshers with relevant skills and certifications may also apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
