Role: Performance Marketing (3 - 5 years)

What Youll Do

Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
, and other digital platforms
Track campaign performance daily, including budgets, leads, conversions, and ROI
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor results clearly
Analyze data and convert numbers into clear insights and action plans
Work closely with creative, growth, and sales teams to improve campaign performance
Continuously test, learn, and scale campaigns to drive growth

What Were Looking For;

Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads
, and analytics tools
Strong data mindset with the ability to read dashboards and make quick decisions
High attention to detail with clean tracking, correct setup, and accurate reporting
