Role: Performance Marketer

Purpose of the role:


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    multi-channel online demand generation campaigns

    across:

META

Google Ads

LinkedIn Ads

Programmatic & Display Networks

  • Manage

    search intent–based campaigns

    (high-intent study abroad keywords)
  • Execute

    remarketing and retargeting

    across platforms (web, app, CRM audiences)
  • Drive end-to-end

    lead funnel ownership

    CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI
  • Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad copies, creatives, videos, and landing pages
  • Run continuous

    A/B testing

    on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels
  • Optimize

    landing pages, forms, and lead flows

    to improve conversion rates and lead quality
  • Work closely with counselling/sales teams to improve

    lead-to-enrolment performance

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and seasonal demand for study abroad intakes
  • Track and report performance using

    GA4, Ads Managers, CRM, attribution tools

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    Demand Generation

  • Proven hands-on expertise across

    multiple online acquisition platforms

  • Strong understanding of

    student acquisition funnels and lead quality optimization

  • Experience in

    study abroad consultancy or edtech

    is highly preferred
  • Data-driven mind-set with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns, and deliver measurable results


Good to Have

  • Experience with

    YouTube video campaigns and influencer-led demand

  • Knowledge of

    WhatsApp, email, and SMS automation

    for lead nurturing
  • Familiarity with

    regional language campaigns

  • Understanding of peak intake cycles (Jan / Sep / Rolling intakes)
