Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to own and scale paid acquisition across digital channels for our D2C brand. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, responsible for driving revenue growth through efficient customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Other performance channels.
  • Own performance metrics including

    ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rate, and AOV

  • Continuously test and iterate on:
  • Ad creatives (copies, visuals, videos)
  • Audiences and targeting strategies
  • Landing pages and funnels (in collaboration with design/product teams)
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights through regular reports
  • Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and offers
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
  • Implement and monitor tracking (Pixels, GA, events, attribution tools)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in

    performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands

  • Hands-on expertise with

    Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into decisions
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer journey
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.)
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
  • Experience scaling campaigns with monthly high budgets.
  • Knowledge of email/SMS performance marketing (Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Experience with marketplaces or omnichannel D2C brands
  • Basic understanding of creative performance principles
  • Startup or high-growth brand experience
