Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads
,
Facebook Ads
, and
YouTube Ads
.
Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS.
Work with
Firebase Analytics
to track user behavior and conversion funnels.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
Monitor daily budgets, adjust bids, and perform A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
Contribute to strategies for
product selling
through paid media channels (experience in product sales is a plus).

Requirements:

13 years of hands-on experience managing Google, Facebook, and YouTube ad campaigns.
Strong skills in Firebase Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies. Excellent analytical abilities and data-driven mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Product selling experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
