Manage and maintain all export-related documentation in compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarding companies to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics. Supervise end-to-end export order processing, from order receipt to delivery. Handle international payment transactions and ensure timely collections. Negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping partners to optimize costs. Monitor and manage logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively driving new business opportunities. Plan, budget, implement, and track export orders and shipping schedules.
