Job Description

results-driven Accounts Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Manage

    financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting & analysis

    .
  • Ensure

    compliance, audits, and internal controls

    are in place.
  • Oversee

    cash flow, treasury & banking relationships

    .
  • Provide financial insights to guide

    strategy & profitability

    .
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the

    finance team

    .

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (

    CPA/CMA preferred

    ).

  • Mandatory hospitality industry experience

    in a finance leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, budgeting & financial systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP/PMS/POS systems a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
