Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Udupi. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining the bar's cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, taking orders, managing inventory, assisting with cash handling, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Collaboration with team members to enhance guest experience is key to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and engaging guest experience.
• Proficiency in Bartending techniques and knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings.
• Experience in Cash Handling to manage transactions with accuracy and transparency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Relevant certification in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
