Roles & Responsibilities 1. Team Supervision Supervise and guide stewards and junior staff Assign daily duties and duty rosters Train new staff on service standards and hygiene Monitor staff performance and discipline 2. Service Operations Ensure smooth food and beverage service Coordinate with kitchen and service teams Handle guest requests and complaints professionally Ensure timely setup and clearance of tables 3. Hygiene & Safety Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, pantry, and service stations Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations 4. Inventory & Equipment Control Monitor use of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen Prevent breakage and loss of equipment Assist in stock checking and requisitions 5. Event & Banquet Support Supervise banquet setups and breakdowns Ensure proper arrangement as per event requirements Coordinate with banquet managers during events 6. Guest Satisfaction Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction Attend VIP guests and special service needs Report feedback to supervisors or managers 7. Reporting & Coordination Report daily operations to the supervisor or manager Communicate issues related to staff, service, or equipment Support management in implementing SOPs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
