Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to recipes and customer requests
Provide customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, tools, and glassware
Handle payments accurately (cash, card, tabs)
Restock supplies such as glasses, mixers, garnishes, and ice

Safety & Legal Responsibilities

Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age
Follow local laws and venue policies related to alcohol service
Promote responsible service, including refusing service when required
Maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkers

Operational Duties

Create drink menus or specials (depending on the venue)
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff
Monitor inventory and report shortages
Open and close the bar, including setup and cleanup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
